Shipping

We offer Australia-wide shipping and aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We’re always happy to help. If you’re unsure about sizing, fit or fabric, please feel free to email us at shop@swaniesclothing.com.au before purchasing and we’ll do our best to guide you.

Returns

We truly hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

A few simple conditions apply:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping cost

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded
• We recommend sending returns with tracked postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit
• We encourage customers to check product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will organise a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
